Self Check-in

Self Check-in: Upon arrival present ID’s at the front desk of the building, which it's open 24 hours. Access the apartment by using your reservation entry code (to be provided to you the morning of your check-in.) For your security, no one in the building will have your entry code and it will be unique to your reservation.

Cancelation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guests cancel after that, there will be no refunds with the exception of the cleaning fee.

For last minute reservations within 30 days there will be no refunds with the exception of the cleaning fee.

Airport Black Car Service

Please send us an email to request our Airport Black Car Service. Our current fees are $89 USD for one-way and $119 USD for round-trip.
